What will the cost be to get this job done?

We believe that cost comes down to a proper understanding of the scope of the job, ensuring that we are sourcing out quality materials and that we do the job properly without taking shortcuts. This ensures that the job is done cost-effectively, not only for our clients but also for our business. We have cleaned up after many home DlYers who have ended up doing things incorrectly, perhaps faulty, and then we have been called to "fix" the job that should have been done by qualified electrical contractors in the first place. When it comes to electricity, we want to ensure the job is always done correctly and safely and to ensure that our client is completely satisfied.

Do you know someone who can do my plumbing? Fix my stairs? Install new flooring?

This is a very common question we get asked all the time. Once people see how friendly we are and how good we are at our jobs, we also get asked if we know other great people who can help them get other jobs done. The short and quick answer is YES! We value the relationships we have made over the years with other professionals, and we would never refer you to someone we wouldn't want to work with or have in our own homes or offices. We deal with other qualified service specialists like plumbers, painters, HVAC specialists, home stagers, cleaners, flooring installers, and more. We are happy to give you their names, so don't forget to ask us.

Do you have a call out fee?

Like any other service provider who comes to your home, we also charge to provide suggestions, troubleshooting, and solutions to your concerns or problems. Our qualified service specialists cover Victoria and the lower Vancouver Island area, and we bring our mobile shops to ensure efficient service.

While you're here, could you please fix this switch and replace this light fixture?

Our team gets asked countless times to do "additional work" while on site. Many times, customers have appointed us to take care of certain jobs or tasks but then think of "other" things that may have been an inconvenience or bother to them and ask us to take care of them during our site visit. If we can, we'll help you when we are there, but often and due to schedules, we may have to come back. We invite all of our customers to ask us about their concerns. "We are not just qualified, we are competent," and we love to have happy, satisfied customers.
